Great Britain Savate Federation

The GBSF held a training day for existing and potential Savate instructors at the Leys Sports Complex, Cambridge, on Sunday 2nd May. It was attended by 20 people, from 8 clubs. 

The programme included practical sessions led by instructors from several different clubs, short presentations on running a club, a Savate history quiz and information on the requirements for progressing through instructor levels.

Three people were awarded their Initiateur status:
Agnes Aubert (Cambridge)
Matt McGrattan (Oxford)
Rachael Willis (Oxford)

New clubs will be opening soon in the North-West and in the South of England.
